Oral Communication/Final article

  • The texts (communications) presented must be unpublished, not edited or presented in any other publications. Texts can be submitted in Portuguese, English, French, or Spanish. It is mandatory to present the article's abstract in two languages, one of which is English.
  • The first submission of the article must be anonymous (without indication of the authors) and not have any reference that allows its identification (for example, acknowledgements).
  • Texts are limited to 30,000 characters, including spaces and excluding: title, affiliation and contact, abstract and keywords.
  • The texts must follow the formatting rules presented in the following template LUSOCONF2023.docx.
  • The template must be downloaded and used to work directly on the file. The instructions are available in the file LUSOCONF2023.docx. If these norms are not respected, the texts will not be published.
  • The article submission must be carried out electronically through the EasyChair system, from the address https://easychair.org/cfp/lusoconf2023.
  • When filling out the form, the author(s) must indicate the thematic axis in which the proposed communication fits and the option for oral communication or poster communication.
  • Communications can be made physical or remotely (online), as indicated by the author(s) in the application.
  • The oral presentation will be limited to 15 minutes for each participant. After the presentations of each session, there will be space for plenary discussion.
  • The presentation of accepted works depends on the registration in LUSOCONF2023. At least one of the authors must be registered, with a limit of three works per author.

Note: All conditions of participation will be reviewed according to sanitary conditions.

Poster presentation

  • Format: Printed on A0 with 1189 mm high x 841 mm wide. Posters must comply with good design practices (e.g., Good practices in designing scientific posters). Sample poster template. However, the following template is mandatory for the poster text: LUSOCONF2023.docx.
  • Language: Portuguese, English, French or Spanish.
  • Note: The posters will be presented at least one of their authors must be registered and participate in the Meeting [physical or remotely (online)].
  • Posting: Posters must be posted on the morning of October 8th (until 9 am).
  • Publication: The poster articles will be published in the LUSOCONF2023 Proceedings Book.
  • Dates: Poster submission follows the same dates indicated for sending oral communication (see dates).
