All participants in LUSOCONF2023 (participants with and without presentations, and artists) must register using the registration form (click here).
1. Participation and certification
Presentation certificates will be given to authors who are physically present at the conference and whose registration has been paid.
The communication certificates attest that a paper or artistic piece was presented and/or discussed during the conference.
Authors who have paid the registration fee and who do not participate in the conference will not receive a certificate and a refund of the registration fee. Papers that are not presented will be excluded from the possibility of being published in the book of selected texts from LUSOCONF2022.
2. Registration payment
The payment must be made by bank transfer. In exceptional cases (which must be presented to the organisation committee), payment may be made in cash.

The descriptive of the operation must include the following data and follow this format: LUSOC + tax number (NIF).
Proof of payment must be sent to lusoconf@ipb.pt and must include the participant’s name and the account holder’s name.
Students must send proof of enrollment together with proof of payment.
Registration fee includes conference materials, certificate, and Friday lunch. (It will be carried out according to the health conditions of the moment)
